How long will it take for me to get my order?

Items Shipped by UPS: For the best estimate of arrival date, add the days shown on the map above to the average production time stated for the item(s) you're ordering. Don't count Saturdays and Sundays as UPS will only deliver on business days.

Items Shipped by Freight Truck: Add 3-5 business days to the average production time stated for the item(s) you’re ordering. Don’t count Saturdays and Sundays as truck shipments will only deliver on business days. Healy Awards cannot guarantee delivery times by carrier. No refunds will be given for missed delivery dates.

What shipping methods do you offer?

We ship all orders (except Signs & Record Boards) via UPS and offer UPS Ground, UPS Three Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air shipping options. Please see the shipping map above for UPS's standard Ground shipping times from our Menomonee Falls, WI location. Saturday delivery may be available in your area, but you will need to contact Customer Service if you wish to see and receive a quote. Healy Awards cannot guarantee delivery times by carrier. No refunds will be given for missed delivery dates.

Signs and Record Boards are shipped by truck and arrive within 4-6 business days of your scheduled ship date. Please contact Customer Service for a shipping quote. Healy Awards cannot guarantee delivery times by carrier. No refunds will be given for missed delivery dates. Orders with freight delivery may be delivered to a commercial address or school if a loading dock is available. Residential freight deliveries are not allowed. The carrier will arrange a delivery date with you before delivery and you are required to inspect the packaging, note damage on the bill of lading, and sign for the order at the time of delivery.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, customer pick-up is available for local Menomonee Falls (Milwaukee Area), WI orders.

For Sign and Record Board orders placed by customers located in nearby in Wisconsin or Illinois, we recommend picking up your orders at our location to save money on shipping costs. Most Signs and Record Boards can fit in the back of a pick-up truck or van, however, for larger 4' x 8' signs, we recommend using a trailer.

Why can't I ship to a PO Box or an APO Box?

UPS will only accept shipments to a valid street address. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Additionally, Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses are not accepted.

Freight Truck shipments can only be shipped to commercial locations or schools with a shipping dock for proper unloading of signs and record boards. Residential freight deliveries are not allowed.

Can items be shipped out of the United States?

Currently, we only ship products throughout the United States and Canada. Note that products shipping to Canada will incur additional customs and brokerage fees that are charged by UPS/Customs and not Healy Awards. These fees are in addition to any shipping/handling fees you may have been charged by Healy Awards at the time of your order. At this time, we are only able to ship small packages via UPS and cannot ship any signs or record boards freight truck shipping to Canada.

What if I need to update my address?

Please contact Customer Service at (800) 558-1696 to discuss options. Incomplete shipping addresses and addresses that change during shipping WILL incur additional shipping charges without warning. UPS charges us a fee when shipping addresses contain missing suite numbers, missing apartment numbers, incorrect street numbers/names, incorrect zip codes, and we must pass these charges along to customers that do not supply us with a complete and accurate ship-to address.

What should I do if an item is missing from my shipment?

Please contact Customer Service at (800) 558-1696 immediately to let us know that you are missing a product from your shipment.

What should I do if I received the wrong product?

Please contact Customer Service at (800) 558-1696 within 72 hours of receiving the product to let us know that you received the wrong product.

What should I do if my shipment is not received?

Check the tracking number to see if your package was delivered.

If it says it was delivered, check around your house or at neighbor’s house. If you are still unable to locate the package, please contact Customer Service at (800) 558-1696 so we can start an investigation with UPS.

If your package has not been delivered and it has been more than 48 hours since it was last scanned by UPS, please contact Customer Service at (800) 558-1696 to let us know that you have not received your shipment so we can start a lost package investigation with UPS.

How many delivery attempts will UPS make, and what if my package is returned to sender?

UPS will make 3 delivery attempts. After the final attempt, UPS will return the package to us and charge a fee. Any fees charged to Healy for returned packages will be charged to the customer along with any re-shipment fees.
