Return Policy

Healy Awards takes pride in ensuring all orders are produced accurately, delivered on time, and are of the highest quality. All Healy products are carefully checked to be free of defects in material and workmanship at the time of shipment. Any decal misprints are removed and discarded.


Returns must be authorized by phone within 72 hours of receiving your order by calling our Customer Service Department at (800) 558-1696 or by email at [email protected]. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, and no credit or refund will be given. Defective, shipping damaged or misprinted items will be restored or replaced at no charge to the customer.


We are unable to accept returns of customized products due to their unique nature unless a defect in manufacturing is present as reasonably determined by us. In the event of a return, shipping charges paid by the customer will not be refunded and a 15% reshelving fee may apply.


Order cancellations must be communicated to the Customer Service Representative you worked with to complete your order. If printing or print setup has not begun, a 15% cancellation fee may apply. If pre-press work or printing has begun, an order cannot be cancelled. Cancellation is not complete until confirmed via e-mail by a Customer Service Representative.


Please make sure you review and approve the artwork proof we send you carefully prior to approving your order for production You should review your artwork proof and verify that the design, colors, sizing, wording, spelling, and punctuation are all correct. Every effort is made to be as accurate as possible, but the final responsibility is yours. We are not responsible for errors entered by the customer. Orders submitted with errors made by the customer do not apply for a credit or replacement.


Also note that monitors will view color slightly different, so please verify your color(s) selected. If you are unsure of which of our print colors best suits your needs, color swatches can be sent to you by mail for review. This is recommended to get the best color match. Just simply ask our Customer Service Team for a swatch and we’ll be happy to mail them out to you. To view a list of available color swatches, visit our Color Chart web page.


For those products where it is applicable, such as decals and stickers, it is recommended to print the artwork to actual size and cut out the design to double check you are satisfied with the size shown in the proof.
