Guardian Cap 2.0 Side Decals & Helmet Stripes
Product Description: Complete your team’s look with custom side decals and helmet stripes designed to match your football helmet design—now available for the Guardian Cap 2.0! Made from a 20 mil thick flexible gloss finish vinyl with a specially formulated adhesive for fabric-based protective gear, these Guardian Cap decals are custom-sized and precision-fit for easy application on the cap’s surface.
Production Time: 5 Business Days after artwork proof approval. Contact Customer Service to discuss rush options available should you need your decals sooner. Product Details: Side Decals and Stripes are sold separately. Side Decals include designs printed up to 20 square inches (length x width = sq. inches), and are sold per pair consisting of 2 decals, 1 left facing decal and 1 right facing decal, unless letters or text are incorporated within the logo in which 2 decals facing the same direction will be printed. Helmet Stripes include stripes up to 2.5" in width. In order to cover the Guardian logo on the front and back of caps, stripes should be 2.5"W. All decals are printed on a 20 mil Gloss Finish material. Matte Finish is available upon request. Call for pricing. Important Notes:- Artwork files, decal colors, and design information will be submitted during the checkout process. We receommend providing your team's logo in AI, EPS, or PDF line art formats.
- Due to the soft shell fabric nature of the Guardian Cap, frequent removal from the helmet shell, and shape changes from impact, adhesive decals may lift at the edges over time. Simply reapply or replace as needed. We recommend ordering extra decals for replacements.
- Decals are not compatible with Guardian Cap 1.0.
- Guardian Cap decals are not recommended for use on standard football helmets.
