Before You Begin: Proper Storage

• Store stickers in a cool, air-conditioned place to maintain adhesive strength.
• Prevent curling by placing stickers upside down and setting a flat, heavy object on top.

1. Review all sticker pieces and confirm placement before removing any backing. Each set includes the Boom Side Sticker, Non-Boom Side Sticker, Head Strap Sticker, two End of Head Strap Stickers, two Mic Piece Stickers (hinge and mic tip), plus the Radio Pack Top and Bottom Stickers.
2. Start by applying the Boom Side Sticker to the ear cup where the microphone attaches. Lightly set the center first, then smooth outward with firm, even pressure.
3. Apply the Non-Boom Side Sticker (if necessary) to the opposite ear cup, aligning it to mirror the first side for a balanced look.
4. Apply the Head Strap Sticker along the top of the headband, aligning from one end and smoothing outward toward the other end.
5. Apply the two End of Head Strap Stickers at each end of the strap, aligning them straight and pressing firmly along all edges.
6. Apply the Mic Piece Sticker to the microphone hinge, pressing carefully to ensure full contact around any contours.
7. Apply the remaining Mic Piece Sticker (if necessary) to the end of the microphone boom, sealing all edges with firm pressure.
8. Move to the radio belt pack and apply the Radio Pack Top Sticker first, centering it and smoothing outward.
9. Finish with the Radio Pack Bottom Sticker, aligning it straight before pressing down firmly.
10. Once all stickers are applied, go back over each piece and apply additional pressure along the edges to ensure a secure bond. Allow the adhesive time to set before heavy use.
11. Final Touches & Care Tips
    1. Apply stickers at room temperature for best adhesion.
    2. Use firm, even pressure during application.
    3. If a small air bubble appears, gently lift and reapply immediately before the adhesive fully sets.
    4. Avoid heavy handling of the headset for several hours after application to allow adhesive to bond properly.
