A laminated team picture trimmed with gold or silver metal and two metal information plates mounted on a wood-grained walnut or black plaque. Price includes your choice of two print colors (please specify). For additional colors, add $1.00 per color per plaque. Please email a typed roster, logos, and photo. New setup minimum order is 5 plaques. There is a $45 setup charge for orders under the minimum order quantity of 5 plaques.

Photo Specifications: The best-looking photo plaques start with high-resolution photos. Digital photos should be at least 7 megapixels. Files in JPEG, TIF, or GIF should have a minimum resolution of 300 dpi at 8" x 10". We can also work with prints.
